2009 Annual Educational Conference Registration Registration includes Friday lunch buffet, Friday evening Dinner Buffet and event, Saturday lunch buffet, Saturday night event, and All Training Sessions. Registration will be from 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Thursday and all day Friday.
CANCELLATION: Refunds may be obtained when a written request is received prior to May 1, 2009. (Fax, Email or Mail) A $75 Administration Fee will be assessed for cancellations. There will be no cancellations accepted or refunds after May 1. |
